START WITH ONE SUNDAY
You do not have to commit to the whole pathway to begin. Host a Disability Sunday: we come to your church, share our family’s story, and help your congregation see the families already sitting in their pews.
A Disability Sunday happens in the main service, in front of the whole church.
It is a church-wide moment rather than a side program, which is usually what has to change first. Many churches start here and go further later. Plenty start here and stop here, and that is a real yes too.
No budget cycle, no new ministry to staff, no committee to convince first.
Belonging is a church-wide decision before it is a classroom or a volunteer rota.
Often the first time a disability family in the room hears their church name them from the front.

The process starts with your capacity. The goal is not to copy a large church. It is to build a faithful, sustainable next step for your people.
Volunteer development is part of the system. The work can include clearer roles, training, peer culture, communication, and a phased start rather than a large launch.
Inclusive Pathways can help evaluate consistency, family experience, leadership ownership, retraining, classroom practice, and sustainability.
Those concerns should be named and planned for. The process helps leaders think through communication, roles, environments, response plans, and partnership with families without reducing a person to a behavior.
You should not. The plan identifies the changes that matter most and sequences them around your capacity.
Pricing is based on your weekly attendance, so a church of 90 is not quoted like a church of 900. There is one implementation fee, and the done-for-you work sits inside it.
